Citrus and Herb Roasted Olives with Tahini Sauce

All the good things here – salty, savory, sweet, spicy, sunny! A perfect appetizer to share with friends alongside a glass of wine on a warm night.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted castelvetrano olives
- 1/2 cup blood orange, sliced and quartered
- 1/2 cup lemon, sliced and quartered
- 5 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 sprigs oregano
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup Sunny Original Tahini Sauce
Steps
Heat oven to 425.
Mix all ingredients except tahini in oven-safe dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Spread as much Sunny as your heart desires on a plate and top with warm roasted olives.
