Citrus and Herb Roasted Olives with Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 cups pitted castelvetrano olives
  • 1/2 cup blood orange, sliced and quartered
  • 1/2 cup lemon, sliced and quartered
  • 5 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 sprigs oregano
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Sunny Original Tahini Sauce
Steps

Heat oven to 425.

Mix all ingredients except tahini in oven-safe dish and bake for 25 minutes.

Spread as much Sunny as your heart desires on a plate and top with warm roasted olives.
