Green Goddess Salad
Ingredients

Dressing

  • Sunny Original Tahini Sauce (1/2 container)
  • A handful of each herb - parsley, basil, dill, tarragon, and chives (add or sub any other herbs you fancy)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Salad

  • Crunchy lettuce like little gems, romaine, butter or a mix
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Snap peas, sliced
  • Avocado, cube
Steps

Blend dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender, adding more herbs or salt to your taste.

Toss salad - top with extra herbs and a little drizzle of olive oil.
